At USAVerify Pro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of our users worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle account data, billing records, and incoming SMS verifications.
We operate on a strict Data Minimization Principle. We only collect the bare minimum information required to operate your account and deliver SMS verification codes. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Account Identifiers: Your email address used exclusively for authentication, password recovery, and order receipts.
• Transaction Metadata: Cryptographic transaction hashes and billing reference IDs for crediting your wallet balance.
• Temporary SMS Logs: Inbound SMS OTP messages received on your rented line during the active 20-minute validity window. Temporary SMS records are automatically expunged from memory following session completion.
All communication between your browser, our API endpoints, and database infrastructure is secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption (256-bit SSL). Authentication sessions utilize secure, tamper-proof JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
We respect customer anonymity. We do not require national identity documents, passports, or biometric scans for standard SMS verification services or wallet funding via cryptocurrency.
We work with trusted infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Railway, and Tier-1 USA telecom carrier pools) strictly to maintain uptime, prevent DDoS attacks, and process telecommunication data. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
